Join BMG Outsourcing as a Finance Controller and take a key role in overseeingaccounting operations financial reporting internal controls budgeting cash flow andregulatory compliance while supporting management decision-making and Finance teamdevelopment.

Location: Angeles Clark Pampanga
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Employment: Full-time
Salary: PHP

What Youll Do:

• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities including review of generalledger accounts reconciliations journals accruals and prepayments.
• Prepare and review monthly management reports and financial statementsand analyze actual results against budgets forecasts and prior periods.
• Monitor cash flow working capital operating expenses and overall financialperformance while leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Maintain accounting policies approval procedures and internal controls andoversee accounts payable accounts receivable payroll accounting and fixedassets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax statutory audit and regulatoryrequirements; coordinate with external auditors tax advisers banks andgovernment agencies; provide financial recommendations to senior management;and supervise train and evaluate Finance team members.
• Support management with pricing investment cost-control and businessplanning decisions review unusual transactions account movements andfinancial risks and support improvements to accounting systems reporting toolsand finance processes.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• 58 years of relevant accounting experience including supervisory ormanagement experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting taxation and internalcontrols with experience overseeing accounting operations and financialreporting processes.
• Strong financial analysis problem-solving leadership communication andattention-to-detail skills with the ability to review unusual transactions accountmovements and financial risks.
• Experience with Accounting Software (Xero QuickBooks SAP Oracle orsimilar) Microsoft Excel financial reporting financial analysis budgeting &forecasting and internal controls including advanced proficiency in MicrosoftExcel and experience leading or managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ability to support management with pricing investment cost-control andbusiness-planning decisions.

Preferred / Advantage: CPA qualifications are preferred.
