Finance & Accounting Manager

Position: Finance and Accounting Manager

Location: Cebu

Work Set-up: Full Onsite

Work Schedule: Day shift

The Finance and Accounting Manager leads and oversees the companys overall accounting operations ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting strict compliance with tax regulations and internal policies and effective leadership and development of the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable accounts receivable tax and compliance and general accounting
• Prepare review and finalize monthly financial information.
• Develop management reports including budget-to-actual comparisons variance analysis and financial ratio evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow and treasury oversight.
• Supervise accounting supervisors and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least five (5) years of managerial experience in accounting.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting internal controls and taxation.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Detail-oriented organized and strong leadership capability.
