Field Team Leader

This managarial role supports field work activities enablement and administration trageting data driven field methodology compliance & quality data collection validations based on QCT Analyst insights. This role includes team management responsibilities. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Field Enablement and Administration. 
• Auditor support (Phone chat with auditors). 
• Visit planning activities/ Store visit re-assignments. 
• FW progress monitoring (RA RRES NIV etc.). 
• Conduct physical store check/control (including alternative checks during the extraordinary periods) if assigned by QCTA or other stakeholders. 
• Panel controls(recruitment TLS PLS etc.). 
• Special projects coordination and status. 
• Store recruitment coordination and monitoring and support in recruitment activity. 
• Provide support to internal and external clients field visits. 
• Support Auditors on improving store collaboration. 

Qualifications :

• College degree preferred (depending on the market minimum years of experience may be stated). 
• Proficiency in Local language of markets in scope is required and English is preferred. 
• Knowledge of Field Audit Methodology CDAR tools and processes (highly preferred). 
• Professional maturity in relation to others and to work which enable effectiveness while dealing with pressures and difficulties of a dynamic work environment. 
• Ability to come to an understanding of a situation task problem opportunity. 
• Proficiency in collaboration tools (MS Office Chat s/w).
