Executive Assistant

The Didipio mine is located on Luzon Island in the Philippines and is the Companys only asset that produces both gold and copper. Didipio was built by OceanaGold in 2013 and operates fully as underground mine with over 800 employees that support the mine.

OceanaGold is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team at the Didipio Mine in Nueva Vizcaya. Reporting to and supporting the Asset President this role will provide high-level executive and administrative support and coordination with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Asset President including calendar management meeting coordination travel arrangements expense management and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings workshops and site visits involving senior leaders Board members external stakeholders and visitors.
• Prepare format and maintain reports presentations meeting agendas minutes and business documentation.
• Support document management activities including filing record keeping document control and e-signature processes.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure information is managed securely and professionally.
• Assist with regulatory governance and corporate compliance administration as required.
• Support budget administration activities including invoice processing purchase requests expense tracking and reporting.
• Partner closely with site leadership and functional teams to ensure efficient coordination of business activities and priorities.

Qualifications :

• 5 years experience in an Executive Assistant Senior Administrator or similar support role ideally within mining resources construction engineering or a large corporate environment.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently while building effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Demonstrated professionalism discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to respond to changing business priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook Teams Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams is highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration Management or a related field is desirable.
