Executive Assistant & Graphic Designer

From whole-home hydrogen water purification systems to a curated wellness lounge in the USA we combine science-backed products with authentic wellness education to help families make healthier more conscious choices starting with the water they drink every day.

With six years of proven operations a national e-commerce presence a flagship wellness lounge preparing for its grand opening and a partnership with globally recognized biohacker Gary Brecka we are entering its highest-growth phase yet. The founders are visionary fast-moving and deeply committed to building something meaningful and they need exceptional people around them to make it happen.

Were recruiting an Executive Assistant & Graphic Designer a rare hybrid role built for someone who is both operationally sharp and creatively skilled. This person will serve as a right hand to the co-founders handling day-to-day operational and administrative support while also producing the visual assets that power our marketing social media and brand presence.

This is not a task-taker role. We are looking for someone who anticipates needs manages multiple moving parts without being reminded and brings genuine creative initiative to every visual they produce. If you can run a founders calendar draft a polished email design an ad creative and build a content calendar all in the same week this role was made for you.

Admin & EA

• Manage co-founders calendars scheduling and email Paula handles most correspondence and needs a capable drafting partner
• Track open tasks follow up on delegated items and flag anything at risk
• Build and maintain SOPs for recurring tasks so founders arent the bottleneck

CRM & Leads

• Monitor GoHighLevel daily ensure leads are being responded to and nothing falls through
• Produce weekly lead reports: pipeline health response rates gaps
• Flag automation opportunities to the in-house GoHighLevel specialist (you identify they build)

Finance Support

• Enter and maintain order data for private label sales tracking
• Support payroll prep enter employee data for founder review and sign-off
• Handle all compensation data with strict confidentiality

Graphic Design

• Design ad creatives (Meta) social content (Instagram TikTok Facebook) email templates event materials and pitch decks
• Work closely with Omar on design reviews he moves fast and gives direct feedback
• Maintain brand consistency across all touch-points and proactively propose visual ideas

Social & Content

• Build and maintain the monthly content calendar with founders and the social media manager
• Source and organize assets for campaigns the grand opening and product launches

Must-Have

• 2 years in an EA operations or admin support role
• Graphic design portfolio social content ads or brand materials
• Canva (advanced) - mandatory; Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator a strong plus
• Polished written English
• GoHighLevel or any CRM experience (fast learner accepted)
• High responsiveness WhatsApp and Slack messages get acknowledged promptly
• Comfort handling confidential financial and payroll data

Nice to Have

• Startup or founder-support background
• Wellness health or lifestyle brand experience
• Klaviyo email template design
• Basic video editing or reels creation

• Discreet you have access to payroll calendars and sensitive business data

• 30 days: Calendar and email managed first design assets delivered payroll process running founders feel less scattered
• 60 days: Content calendar live lead reports being delivered weekly at least one proactive improvement initiated
• 90 days: Grand opening materials delivered ad creative cycle established founders materially freed from operational tasks

• Salary: 50000 - 55000 PHP
