Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage and organise executive inboxes and emails ensuring messages and follow-ups are kept organised.
- Coordinate and maintain calendars meetings and appointments.
- Schedule meetings and ensure all relevant information and documentation are prepared.
- Take organise and maintain meeting minutes and action items .
- Manage and organise documents files and other administrative records.
- Maintain an efficient and structured filing and document management system.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including itineraries and related bookings.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and executive requests as required.
- Provide support with LinkedIn and other marketing-related activities including updating profiles and assisting with content preparation.
- Help keep day-to-day executive tasks organised and ensure priorities are followed through.
- Work independently and proactively to identify and address administrative needs.
- Previous Executive Assistant experience is required preferably supporting senior executives or leadership.
- Strong experience managing calendars inboxes meetings documents and competing priorities.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive dependable and comfortable working independently.
- Strong documentation and administrative skills.
- Some experience with LinkedIn social media content creation or marketing support is an advantage.
- Comfortable learning and working with different systems and digital tools.
