Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil construction projects.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tender packages.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and relevant project information.
- Review project drawings and documentation to support estimating and tendering activities.
- Develop a solid understanding of civil construction methodologies and project requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in civil estimating ideally across roads bridges or other civil infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in preparing quantity take-offs cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Sound understanding of civil construction principles and processes.
- Australian industry experience is advantageous but not required.
