About the Role
CloudConsole is seeking an experienced ERPNext Implementation Lead to lead the end-to-end implementation of ERPNext across the organization. This role will be responsible for evaluating current business processes designing optimized workflows configuring ERPNext modules overseeing data migration and ensuring successful user adoption across multiple departments.
We currently utilize a combination of business applications including accounting HR project management customer support and spreadsheet-based processes. The goal is to consolidate and streamline operations using ERPNext while maintaining flexibility where specialized tools provide greater value.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong ERPNext expertise with business process improvement stakeholder management and implementation leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with department heads and key stakeholders to understand existing business processes and operational requirements.
- Analyze and document current workflows approvals system dependencies and reporting needs.
- Identify opportunities to standardize simplify and automate business processes before implementation.
- Lead the configuration and deployment of ERPNext modules across multiple business functions.
- Design and implement workflows user roles permissions reports dashboards and approval processes.
- Plan and execute data migration activities from existing systems and spreadsheets.
- Implement and optimize processes covering the following business functions:
- Accounting and Finance
- Human Resources and Payroll
- Procurement
- Warehouse and Inventory Management
- Logistics and Supply Chain Operations
- Asset Management
- Sales and Purchasing
- Project Management where appropriate
- Handle or oversee ERPNext and Frappe customizations where business requirements extend beyond standard functionality.
- Coordinate system testing user acceptance testing (UAT) training sessions and phased rollouts.
- Develop implementation documentation process guides and knowledge transfer materials.
- Work closely with business leaders to ensure successful adoption and long-term sustainability of the platform.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading ERPNext implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of ERPNext modules and cross-functional business processes.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of finance accounting procurement inventory warehouse management HR or payroll processes.
- Experience configuring workflows approvals permissions reports and dashboards within ERPNext.
- Familiarity with the Frappe framework and ERPNext customizations.
- Experience with data migration system integration and change management initiatives.
- Strong project management stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Excellent documentation and process mapping capabilities.
- Experience with Philippine accounting taxation payroll and statutory compliance requirements is highly preferred.

- Implementation documentation is complete accurate and maintainable by internal teams.
