- Responsible for overseeing the operation maintenance utilization and performance of all equipment

- Supervise the daily operation deployment and efficient utilization of construction equipment and machinery

- Monitor equipment operators to ensure safe and proper operation and promptly address and report any problem or concerns

- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained operated safely and used in accordance with company procedures and manufacturer recommendations.

- Report investigate and follow up on equipment related incidents breakdowns and operational issues to minimize downtime

- Conduct trade test and competency assessments for new equipment operators to ensure they possess the required skill knowledge and experience before hiring.

- Minimum of 3-5yrs of experience in equipment management and earthworks operations

- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations maintenance and utilization

- Driver License (code B)
