Job Summary
- Work with guidance to manage all activities relating to pre and post hire activities ensuring employees receive appropriate resolution in a timely manner and all necessary follow up is carried out in line with all legislation and AECOM policy
- Able to multitask and work on more than one issue simultaneously ensuring the prioritization of urgent requests
- Responsible for the accurate and timely resolution of all queries ensuring issues are escalated for timely resolution as required
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders ensure communication is effective and informative
- Provide guidance and support to onshore partners for queries relevant to appropriate pre and post hire activities
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Responsible for ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Responsible for ensuring quality standards are met and maintained - ensure all work is done to a high standard and that appropriate audits are undertaken as required
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with service level agreement process policies and procedures
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to audit and regulatory requirements both internal and external (i.e GDPR AECOM Privacy Policy and SOX) ensuring the Company is compliant and risks are mitigated
- Responsible for ensuring adherence with standard protocols for electronic personnel file management and document storage
- Ability to work in HR systems including Workday SmartRecruiters and Employee Center including (Self Service Knowledge Base and Case Management) utilizing training aids and DTPs
- Basic understanding of company policies to be able to interpret and explain company policy and not solely have to rely on the verbiage in the FAQ documents to resolve related inquiries
- Contribute to SOP/DTP maintenance process by identifying opportunities to improve current processes escalate for discussion and decision
- Contribute/Provide insights to continuous improvement initiatives by initiating improvement ideas and/or participate on CI project team to optimize processes
Provide input into the completion of incident reports to enable effective issue investigation and continuous improvement
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 2 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources Services in a Shared Services/BPO Industry
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Human Resources Processes and Operations
- Experience working with HR Systems preferably in Oracle Workday
- Must be willing to work midshift schedule and 3 days onsite per week
