Employee Relations Officer Hybrid

We are looking for a people-focused and empatheticEmployee Relations Officerwho can support our HR team and enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support employees and managers with workplace concerns and employee relations matters.

• Manage and help resolve employee issues including grievances conflicts and disciplinary cases in line with company policies and labor regulations.

• Build positive relationships across teams and encourage open and effective communication.

• Partner with HR and leaders to improve employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.

• Gather employee feedback through conversations surveys and other engagement activities.

• Identifytrends concerns and opportunities to improve the employee experience.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

• Maintainaccuratedocumentation and records related to employee relations cases.

• Prepare reports and share insights with HR leadership when needed.

• Support training and awareness activities for managers and employees on employee relations topics and best practices.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

• At least4 years of experiencein Employee Relations HR Operations or a similar HR role.

• Good understanding of labor laws and employment practices.

• Strong communication interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.

• Comfortable managing difficult conversations and finding balanced solutions.

• Proactive mindset with a practical and people-oriented approach.
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule.

• Strong English communication skills.
