Location: Bambang Nueva Vizcaya

Job Summary

Electricians role is central to keeping electrical systems safe functional and up to code across operations; Comfortable working independently on-site has a strong foundation in electrical installation and maintenance and takes pride in doing quality safety-conscious work.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Maintenance

Install inspect and maintain electrical wiring systems and equipment across assigned work sites

Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical specifications

Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks on electrical systems and equipment

Assist in the setup testing and commissioning of new electrical installations as needed

Troubleshooting & Repairs

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues performing timely repairs to minimize downtime

Coordinate with supervisors and other field technicians to prioritize and complete daily tasks

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all electrical work complies with the Philippine Electrical Code and relevant safety regulations

Practice and promote proper safety procedures including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and any incidents or hazards observed

Site Coordination & Travel

Travel to different project or work sites as required following company travel protocols

Qualifications

• TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or a valid professional electricians license
• Proven experience working as a field or industrial electrician
• Solid understanding of electrical safety standards and best practices
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as project needs require
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks including working at heights or in confined spaces when necessary
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
