We provide comprehensive electrical maintenance testing and commissioning services for power system equipment. Our team ensures the reliability and safety of critical power infrastructure bridging the gap between high-level engineering standards and real-world field execution.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Project Support Engineer to serve as a vital link between our field technicians and project engineering this role you will ensure that testing and maintenance records are complete accurate and professionally documented.

This position focuses heavily on documentation coordination quality assurance and technical reporting rather than deep technical ownership. The ideal candidate has an electrical engineering background can read single-line diagrams (SLDs) and possesses the communication skills needed to chase down missing data and keep projects moving forward.

• Document & Diagram Review: Read and interpret single-line diagrams (SLDs) project scopes and engineering documentation to determine exact maintenance and testing requirements.
• Pre-Execution Preparation: Draft and organize test sheets inspection logs and documentation packets prior to field execution.
• Field Data Collection & Follow-up: Collect completed test sheets from field technicians proactively following up to resolve gaps or obtain missing information.
• Quality Assurance & Verification: Verify compile and organize field test results and supporting technical documentation to ensure full compliance with standards.
• Report Generation: Prepare clean professional test and maintenance reports using company templates brand guidelines and engineering standards.
• Deliverable Consistency: Maintain strict accuracy completeness and consistency across all project records and final client deliverables.

• Background in electrical engineering
• Previous 3 years experience in this role or similiar
• Acceptable alternatives: electrical engineering technician/technologist experience
• Familiarity with power system equipment electrical terminology and engineering documentation
• Ability to read/understand single line diagrams and project scope
• Field experience is preferred
• Power Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with power system equipment standard electrical terminology and maintenance scopes of work.
• Technical Blueprint Reading: Proven ability to read navigate and interpret single-line diagrams (SLDs) and technical specifications.
• Documentation & Reporting Comfort: Strong affinity for documentation quality control and reporting workflows.
• Field Experience (Bonus): Hands-on experience in electrical testing commissioning or field maintenance is a strong plus.
