Electrical Project Manager Real Estate

• Lead and manage all electrical project activities from design review through construction and handover.
• Oversee MV/LV power distribution substations transformers generators lighting grounding and ELV interface systems.
• Coordinate with consultants contractors suppliers utility providers and government authorities.
• Monitor project progress budget quality and safety performance.
• Review technical submissions shop drawings method statements and commissioning plans.
• Manage testing commissioning and final handover documentation.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical construction/project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale mixed-use commercial residential hospitality or high-rise developments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and local regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
• Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
