Commercial Head

Job Description:
As the Head of Commercial you will be the primary architect of the companys revenue growth and market expansion. This strategic leadership role requires a high-level executive to oversee sales business development and brand partnerships. You will be responsible for translating high-level business objectives into actionable commercial strategies ensuring the sustainable profitability of our diverse portfolio while fostering long-term high-value relationships with institutional and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to increase market share and revenue across all commercial streams.

• Revenue & Growth: Drive the achievement of monthly quarterly and annual sales budgets through aggressive client acquisition and lead generation.

• Partnership Management: Secure and manage high-profile sponsorships for major events co-productions and brand activations.

• Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts delivering tailored presentations and pitches to C-suite stakeholders.

• Commercial Operations: Oversee contract negotiations pricing structures billing and collection processes to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity to guide data-driven commercial decisions.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in commercial or business development leadership with a minimum of 8 years specifically in Operations.

• Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in retail FMCG distribution or large-scale event sponsorship.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage large cross-functional teams and complex corporate accounts.

• Skills: Exceptional analytical multitasking and organizational abilities; expert-level negotiation and communication skills.
