E-Commerce Marketplace & Sales Analyst

Turn sales data into actionand keep products performing across every major e-commerce channel.

Were looking for an analytical detail-driven e-commerce specialist to own sales reporting and product listing management across 1P 3P social commerce and DTC channels.

Location: Philippines - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and dashboards.

• Track revenue units trends product performance and channel performance.

• Manage and optimize product listings across Walmart Target JCPenney Kohls TikTok Shop Meta Google DTC and other e-commerce accounts.

• Maintain accurate product titles descriptions images attributes pricing and other listing content.

• Support both 1P and 3P marketplace operations.

• Identify listing errors suppressed products missing content and other issues impacting sales.

• Monitor performance and highlight opportunities risks and trends.

• Coordinate with sales marketing creative and operations teams to keep product information accurate and current.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• Experience managing e-commerce marketplaces or retailer portals.

• Strong sales reporting and data-analysis skills.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Understanding of 1P 3P social commerce and DTC business models.

• Experience with major retail marketplaces and product listing management.

• Ability to turn raw sales data into clear actionable insights.

• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with large product catalogs.

• Experience with BI ERP marketplace or reporting tools is a plus.
