Job Summary
- Conducts safety inspection of the kitchen public area guest room stores and preventive maintenance breakdown repair and constructive works.
- Proposes and recommends upgrading improvement work and energy saving projects.
- Ensures efficient engineering operation is being met and quality standard is maintained.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in engineering repair and maintenance or a similar capacity in a luxury hotel is an asset.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical mechanical and plumbing system.
