Duty Engineer (Hotel Franchised)

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation maintenance and safety of the hotels engineering systems in line with Accor brand standards. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance respond promptly to maintenance requests support energy conservation initiatives and maintain a safe clean and well-functioning environment for guests and Heartists. You will collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring compliance with company policies safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Valid Electrical Engineer license or relevant electrical certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 23 years of experience in electrical maintenance preferably in a hotel or commercial building.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems generators transformers motor controls lighting and preventive maintenance practices.
