Functional Scope Functionally supervises all Branch Operations Heads and ChannelManagers

Position Summary

A senior oversight and governance role for the banks branch banking network this is not hands-on

branch management but a layer above it functionally supervising all Branch Operations Heads and

Channel Managers. The role owns policy and process governance across branches and serves as the

formal Compliance Coordinator for the Retail Banking Business.

Key Responsibilities

Monitors branches adherence to established policies and procedures through process reviews and

operational meetings

Reviews and analyzes recommendations for new or revised policies procedures and internal controls

Takes active participation/initiation in analyzing and redesigning workflows and processes to improve

operational cost turnaround time service quality speed of delivery and utilization rate

Acts as Compliance Coordinator of the Retail Banking Business

Conducts and monitors corrective actions on compliance findings including exceptions arising from

BSP/AMLC examinations of branches

Functionally supervises all Branch Operations Heads and Channel Managers

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Banking or related field; MBA an advantage

Extensive banking experience with prior exposure at Branch Operations Head level or higher ideally

having supervised multiple branch/channel leaders

Strong working knowledge of BSP and AMLC regulations examination processes and compliance

corrective-action management

Demonstrated experience leading policy procedure and internal control reviews

Track record in workflow/process redesign with measurable gains in cost turnaround time service

quality or utilization

Strong governance mindset stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

Comfortable representing the bank in BSP/AMLC-related matters
