The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall success of multiple store locations acrossNorth Luzon. This role focuses on maximizing business performance by achieving sales and profitability targets ensuring operational consistency and cultivating strong leadership within each store. The position also supports the execution of company programs drives continuous improvement initiatives and identifies opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that each store within the district is maintaining the correct operational standards of the Company
Communicate and Implement all strategies and and initiatives in each store aligned with overall district goals and targets.
Strategize on new business opportunities for growth and/or identify cost-effective initiatives
Lead Manage and Develop all members of the team. Address any manpower concerns.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management Food Service Management Operations Management or any related field.
Minimum of5 years of experience in multi-unit operations management within the food industry preferably overseeing bakeries quick-service restaurants (QSR) cafés restaurants or other food retail operations.
At least2 years of leadership experienceas a District Manager Area Manager Operations Manager or a similar role managing multiple store locations.
Proven track record of achieving sales growth profitability operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across multiple stores.
Strong knowledge of food operations inventory management food safety standards quality assurance labor management and cost control.
Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements sales reports and operational metrics to drive business decisions.
Excellent leadership coaching and people management skills with experience developing high-performing teams.
Strong strategic thinking analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned district and work flexible hours based on operational requirements.
