Disco Provisioner Auditor

About the Role 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Disco Provisionerto join our Service Delivery team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely provisioning of submitting disconnect orders with multiple carriers. Reviewing invoices to ensure disconnect requests have completed and if they have not filing a dispute.  The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom provisioning systems and disconnect process with multiple carriers excellent organizational skills excellent communication and english skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data security and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Submit disconnect requests on multiple platforms with different carriers for varies services and technologies. 
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering customer support and project management) to ensure seamless disconnection of services. 
• Maintain accurate records of provisioning activities in accordance with company policies. 
• Monitor disconnect provisioning queues and resolve issues related to service disconnection. 
• Participate in audits. 
• Identify and escalate provisioning anomalies or concerns promptly. 
• Continuously improve provisioning workflows and contribute to automation initiatives. 
• Responsible for restoring service if needed  
• Remove services from internal monitoring systems 

Qualifications :

• 2 years of experience in telecom provisioning or network operations. 
• Familiarity with different carrier disconnect platforms and telecom infrastructure. 
• Strong analytical skills.
