Director of Stewarding

• Oversees daily Stewarding operations ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness sanitation hygiene and kitchen readiness.
• Leads and develops the Stewarding team ensuring adherence to luxury service health and safety and hotel standards.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation through regular inspections and meticulous quality controls
• Oversee the inventory storage care and presentation of china glassware cutlery and operating supplies and equipment
• Conduct regular inventories monitor breakage trends and implement effective cost-control and loss-prevention measures
• Manage the Stewarding Departments budget payroll operating expenses and overall financial performance.
• Champion responsible waste-management practices and sustainability initiatives in alignment with the propertys environmental commitments.
• Maintain flexible availability to support operational requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field with experience in luxury hotel operations preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Stewarding leadership experience including managing large teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership organizational communication and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to maintain high service and quality standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene sanitation food safety HACCP and stewarding operations with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and budget management.
