Director of Business Transformation & Operations

This is a remote position.

This is our most senior and broadest role designed for someone who can grow into General Manager. Youll diagnose whats really happening across an organization redesign how it works and stay engaged all the way through implementation and adoption. Youll also help build and close new client engagements part sales part transformation leader part chief integrator.

• Diagnose organizational reality across people process and technology
  

• Design or redesign structures workflows and management systems
  

• Turn approved direction into real plans with owners dependencies and evidence of results
  

• Coordinate implementation and training and verify it actually worked
  

• Lead client discovery and translate client needs into the right engagement
  

• Contribute to proposals presentations and closing new business
  

• Challenge executives including the CEO constructively when the evidence calls for it
  

• Significant leadership experience in organizational effectiveness transformation consulting or general management
  

• A track record of moving initiatives through implementation and adoption not just recommending change
  

• Strong client-facing communication skills
  

• Real sales or business development experience
  

• Advanced practical use of AI and technology-enabled workflows
  

• Experience commercializing or productizing a service
  

• History of leading cross-functional teams through resistance and change
  

• Bachelors degree or equivalent demonstrated capability
  

• Want ownership of a problem from diagnosis all the way through to proof it worked
  

• Are comfortable pushing back on leadership when the evidence supports it
