Director of Business Systems & Automation

This is a remote position.

Youll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to improve workflows automate repetitive work increase visibility across the business and help build a more scalable organization.

• Design and improve the systems that power the business
  

• Simplify workflows and eliminate manual processes through automation
  

• Improve how teams collaborate communicate and access information
  

• Build dashboards and reporting that help leaders make better decisions
  

• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve productivity
  

• Lead business systems initiatives from idea through implementation
  

• Partner with leaders across the organization to solve operational challenges
  

• Lead and mentor a small technical team
