About the role
Were looking for Digital Sales Consultants to engage with customers across chat web and social channels converting inbound enquiries into meaningful sales outcomes.
What youll do
- Respond to inbound enquiries across digital channels (chat web social media)
- Understand customer needs and guide conversations toward purchase decisions
- Manage leads and maintain accurate CRM records
- Work toward individual and team conversion targets
- Contribute to improving response quality and customer experience
What good looks like
- Experience in digital sales chat support or online customer engagement
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working toward sales or conversion targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
