Job Summary

As a Digital Program Specialist you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing various marketing activities within the Softchoice Partner Programs framework. Collaborating with the Partner Alliance team you will manage our gold silver and bronze technology partners to plan implement and track marketing programs. Your responsibilities will include coordinating program management content creation social media and events based on Softchoice Partner Programs offerings.

What Youll Do:

  • Campaign Coordination: Work with the Partner Alliance Managers Partners Programs and Digital marketing team to plan implement and track marketing programs. This includes the execution support and project management of customer-facing marketing initiatives.

  • Execution of Digital Marketing deliverables: campaign assets portal content co-marketing materials and activation tasks.

  • Project and Budget Management: Utilize Asana for project management and handle expense budget management for assigned projects.

  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports on results to technology partners and the RGM team.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with expert execution teams in digital content events and third-party agencies.

  • Program Ownership: Oversee and report on all marketing programs for our gold silver and bronze partners within the Partner Programs offerings.


Requirements

What Youll Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of digital marketing experience preferably in the B2B technology space.

  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience in planning managing and executing marketing campaigns.

  • Agility and Creativity: Ability to be agile creative organized and effectively partner with cross-functional teams.

  • Independence: Self-sufficient marketer capable of managing multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Efficiency Under Pressure: Ability to work efficiently on multiple project requests simultaneously handle tight deadlines and navigate unexpected complexities.
