As a Developer at Symbos youll work alongside passionate professionals to design and build secure scalable and data-driven applications using the latest Angular AI and cloud technologies. Youll play a key role in delivering solutions that are reliable secure and aligned to real business needs.

In this role you will:

• Design develop and maintain secure scalable web applications and APIs Core
• Build and optimise data access layers using Entity Framework and advanced SQL techniques
• Write and tune high-performance SQL queries and stored procedures across transactional and analytical workloads
• Work on Angular-based front-end components and integrate them with backend APIs
• Ensure data integrity system reliability and secure handling of sensitive information
• Apply security best practices including authentication authorisation and encryption
• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and deployments
• Conduct code reviews write unit and integration tests and maintain high code quality standards
• Monitor and optimise database performance including indexing and query tuning
• Integrate or support AI/ML-driven features and modern data-driven solutions
• Work within Agile teams contributing to sprints estimations and retrospectives

To thrive at Symbos youll bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience Core development
• Strong expertise in C# Core RESTful APIs Entity Framework and SQL Server
• Proven experience working with complex databases including performance tuning and query optimisation
• Solid understanding of application security practices including authentication authorisation and encryption
• Experience with Angular (or similar modern front-end frameworks) and integrating front-end with backend APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
• Experience with CI/CD Git and Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to AI APIs or machine learning integration is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and a commitment to building secure maintainable systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
