Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide credible desktop support for hardware software and network issues to ensure detailed operation.
• Collaborate with IT teams worldwide to implement established strategies and standard methodologies.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and support records closely to company standards.
• Assist in the setup configuration and maintenance of IT equipment ensuring all systems are running efficiently.
• Provide mentorship and support to users on IT tools and systems to improve efficiency.
• Supervise and lead IT resources to prevent potential problems and minimize downtime.
• Participate in the development and execution of IT projects giving to the continuous improvement of our technology infrastructure.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Desktop Services Technician or in a similar role with an outstanding track record.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of Windows Mac OS and popular software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
