What will you do
- Provide onsite hardware and software support services to clients including troubleshooting and resolving break/fix issues for PCs printers mobile phones and tablets.
- Diagnose and repair end-user system failures including desktops laptops printers mobile devices and other peripheral equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues from the user device to the network.
- Perform regular meeting room checks ensuring that all AV equipment connectivity conferencing systems and room technology are functional for meetings.
- Support the setup operation and troubleshooting of IT AV and conferencing equipment for company events and townhalls.
- Implement virus detection eradication and endpoint protection procedures.
- Support and maintain asset and inventory management activities including AMDB tagging physical inventory checks and accurate record updates for all IT equipment and mobile devices.
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 productivity tools including Teams and Outlook and support setup and configuration of mobile devices and tablets.
- Collaborate with onsite and remote teams to ensure timely incident resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.
- May be required to render overtime in order to support events townhalls and critical business activities.
What do you need to succeed
- At least 3 years of corporate desk side support experience with strong emphasis on supporting Windows 10 and 11 environments.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and replacing hardware for PCs laptops and end-user equipment.
- Experience supporting configuring and troubleshooting mobile phones and tablets (iOS and Android).
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications especially Teams and Outlook and familiarity with Intune for mobile device management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory Intune and remote device management solutions.
- Familiarity with asset management and inventory control including AMDB tagging and inventory audits for all IT equipment and mobile devices.
- Working knowledge of printer and peripheral hardware support.
- Solid understanding of endpoint security tools and practices (e.g. Symantec Endpoint Protection Bitlocker SCCM RDP).
- Strong ability to perform meeting room checks and provide basic support for AV/conferencing equipment and room technology.
- Experience providing IT and AV support for internal and external company events and townhalls.
- Willingness to occasionally work overtime to support events and critical business activities as needed.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience troubleshooting network and wireless connectivity issues including VPN support.
