Design & Sales Enablement Consultant

As a Design & Sales Enablement Consultant reporting to the AVP - Marketing youll play a critical role in shaping how Nasdaqs sales teams connect with clients through high-quality brand-aligned content presentations and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage sales enablement content across digital platforms including landing pages pitch decks and campaign assets ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Lead the redesign and development of presentation materials for events sales engagements and webinars to deliver executive-level quality and visual impact.
• Create and optimize training and certification assets including course visuals and digital badges to improve usability and adoption of learning platforms.
• Produce and manage the monthly sales enablement newsletter overseeing layout branding and distribution.
• Edit and deliver polished video content for demos webinars and live events aligned with Nasdaqs visual identity.
• Lead small design initiatives. Project management skills would be a plus

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Communications Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
• 35 years of experience in content design sales enablement or a related creative field.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs within deadline-driven environments.
• Clear communicator with experience collaborating across cross-functional globally distributed teams.
• Proficiency in design and content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite PowerPoint Figma or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales or revenue organizations with enablement platforms or content management tools.
• Background in fintech capital markets or a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with video editing or multimedia content production.

This position will be located in Bonifacio Global City Taguig Philippines and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 2 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
