As a member of the Marketing Creative Services Hub the Design QA Specialist works to execute the strategic vision of a variety of marketing deliverables including sales materials digital graphics content marketing projects client presentations events materials and property marketing collateral by ensuring the quality and accuracy of every creative asset that will be delivered by the team.Job Description
About the Role:
Conduct comprehensivereviewof creative assets ensuringproper design execution(design elements contents overallvisual requirements etc.)based on the project brief or comments provided by stakeholders
Supportthe fulfillment ofcreativeprojects throughQA:
Review and understandthecreative brief or project background and requirements;and adhere to company brand standards
Workcloselywith CreativeLead/Manager Graphic/Production Designers and Project Coordinatorsin providing clear and constructive feedback
Provide support or recommendations how tobest implement revisions
Properly assessQA process and provide recommendations onhow toimproveour operating model to ensure more efficiency and quality
Properly document QA details and feedback and ensure we have an organized referenceof all projects executed by the team
About You:
Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design/Communicationsor related discipline
2 years ofexperience in graphic design qualityassuranceor any similar combination of education and experience
Strong understanding of design principles andknowledgeable indesign tools such asPhotoshop InDesignIllustrator;andMicrosoft Office Suite specifically WordExceland PowerPoint.
