Location: Makati - Onsite

Work Schedule: Night Shift ( 9pm - 6am PHT)

We are looking for an experienced SQL ServerDatabase Administrator (DBA)to join our IT team and help ensure the performance reliability security and availability of our Microsoft SQL Server databases across both on-premises and cloud environments.

In this role you will support critical production databases by monitoring and optimizing database performance managing backup and recovery processes maintaining data integrity and resolving technical issues.

What Youll Do

• Manage monitor and maintainMicrosoft SQL Server databasesto ensure performance reliability security and availability.

• Performdatabase administration activities including installations upgrades backups recovery replication storage and capacity management.

• Monitor and optimize database performance and troubleshoot technical and production issues.

• Support database design data structures user access security and data integrity.

• Collaborate with developers IT teams users and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support system changes.

• Create SQL queries and reports support testing and release activities and participate in Agile/Scrum processes.

• Support Azure SQL services and database deployments upgrades and modernization initiatives.

• Partner with application infrastructure cloud and business teams to support production operations.

• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with company policies security standards licensing requirements and HIPAA regulations.

What Were Looking For

• Associate degree in IT/Computer Science or combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Minimum of3-5 years of hands-on experienceadministering and supporting Microsoft SQL Server databases in a production environment.

• Strong hands-on experience withMicrosoft SQL Server SQL querying and Windows operating systemsincluding performance monitoring and troubleshooting backup restore and recovery database maintenance and patching security user access and permissions and production support and troubleshooting

• Strong T-SQL stored procedure and database scripting skills.

• Knowledge of databaseHA/DR replication failover and business continuity.

• Familiarity withWindows Serverand SQL Server infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience or exposure toAzure SQL and SQL Server on Azure.

• Understanding ofdatabase security access controls auditing and data protection.

• Proficiency withSSMS Azure Portal Azure Monitor or similar tools.

• Stronganalytical troubleshooting documentation and organizational skills.

• Effectivecommunication and collaboration skillswith the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience working in a regulated environment or supporting compliance requirements such asHIPAA HITRUST PCI-DSS or SOC 2.

• Willing and able towork onsite in Makati on a night shift.
