Data Processing Associate

Office Location:Bacoor City & Imus City Cavite PH

Position Summary:

Were looking for sharp tech-savvy individuals with strong attention to detail and this role youll work on tasks like content moderation image labeling transcription and data annotation ensuring data quality and accuracy based on project guidelines.

Success in this role means meeting key performance metrics (accuracy productivity attendance) handling content professionally and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review label and validate various types of data (text image audio product information) according to project guidelines.
• Moderate online content and flag inappropriate or harmful material based on community and platform standards.
• Perform transcription tasks (text and audio) with high accuracy.
• Ensure daily productivity targets and KPIs are consistently met.
• Maintain confidentiality accuracy and integrity of data handled.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
• Adapt quickly to new tools processes and project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree preferred; college-level or high school graduates may apply with relevant experience and basic computer proficiency required
• Relevant Experience: content moderation data annotation transcription or similar roles preferred; open to fast learners without experience
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to work on-site in Bacoor City & Imus City Cavite
