Data Lead

• 5 years of experience in data analysis data operations or a related analytical field

• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring analysts and managing day-to-day data operations

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large complex datasets and generate insights

• Experience with data validation cleansing and quality assurance processes

• Proficiency in databases analytical tools and data visualization platforms

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights

Preferred:

• Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment

• Knowledge of data governance frameworks data quality standards and compliance requirements

• Experience driving process improvement automation or operational efficiency initiatives

• Familiarity with healthcare MedTech or commercial analytics data

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize in a matrixed organization

• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation and operational excellence
