Job Summary

Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end CPS operations across Indonesia and Philippine ensuring high-quality timely data collection panel health operational excellence cost optimization transformation and stakeholder satisfaction. Acts as the senior regional leader and primary point of accountability for CPS delivery people leadership compliance innovation and business partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CPS operations across the Cluster and ensure delivery against service quality compliance and productivity targets.
  • Drive panel health respondent engagement data quality governance and risk management.
  • Partner with Commercial Client Success Product Data Science Technology and Global Operations teams to support growth and client outcomes.
  • Own regional operating plans budgets forecasting resource allocation and productivity initiatives.
  • Lead organizational capability building succession planning talent development and engagement.
  • Standardize processes and deploy best practices automation analytics AI-enabled workflows and continuous improvement programs.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and operational insights to regional and global leadership.
  • Oversee vendor and third-party partner performance where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy information security and regulatory requirements across the Cluster.
  • Lead transformation initiatives and change management programs supporting future-ready operations.

Scope & Impact

  • Regional accountability for CPS operational performance across the Cluster.
  • Leadership of multiple country teams and matrixed stakeholders.
  • Responsibility for operating budgets productivity delivery and business continuity.
  • Influence strategic decisions impacting data quality client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Statistics Mathematics Data Science Operations Market Research or related discipline.
  • 12 years of professional experience with significant operations market research data collection or shared services leadership experience.
  • 5 years leading large geographically distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets operational metrics and transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree or MBA.
  • Experience in consumer measurement panel management retail measurement analytics or insights industries.
  • Experience leveraging automation AI advanced analytics and digital transformation solutions.
