About the Role
Were looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our growing team! In this role youll provide professional customer support via email and chat assisting customers with orders payments deliveries and general inquiries. Youll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the continuous improvement of our service in a dynamic international and remote work environment.
What Youll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders payments deliveries and general concerns via email and chat
- Use customer feedback to help develop new ideas and continuously improve the customer experience
- Stay updated on company products services and processes to give accurate information
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns within agreed SLAs
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Follow company guidelines and SOPs to deliver consistent service quality
What You Bring
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Previous experience in customer service or email support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with technology and computer systems
