Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Outreach & Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls perform basic administrative tasks generate leads and promote our landscaping and plowing services. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone customer-focused and comfortable with outreach and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Research and identify potential clients online
• Conduct outreach and cold calling to prospective customers
• Promote and upsell landscaping and plowing services
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records
• Perform basic computer and data entry tasks

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in customer service sales appointment setting or telemarketing
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting outreach
• Basic computer skills (email internet research data entry MS Office)
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented

Preferred:

• Experience in landscaping home services construction or related industries
• Cold calling and lead generation experience
