Were looking for a Customer Care Specialist

Responsibility:

  • Build strong relationship with decision makers/fleet managers/system users and manage of all services for our customers.

  • Perform outbound retention calls to clients whom contract is expiring.

  • Developing and implementing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.

  • Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.

  • Meet and exceed monthly targets through successful contract retention

  • Establish good rapport and trust though proactive engagement

  • Identify and implement new strategies for increasing customer satisfaction loyalty and retentions by going above and beyond expectations

  • Listen attentively to the customers responses and gather as much information as possible; use this information alongside predefined strategies to offer the most suitable solution(s) and/or alternative options to retain the clients business

  • Compile daily report

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience

  • Experience in customer service.

  • Proficient in English.

  • Tech-savvy and computer literate.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Hands-on and a positive attitude.

  • Team player with a high level of energy and able to work independently.
