Job Summary
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experiencedCRSP Specialist Journeymanto support Container Receiving and Staging Point (CRSP) operations across the Indo-Pacific. The CRSP SpecialistJourneymanserves as CACIslogisticsmanagement professional responsible for coordinating the receipt inspection staging inventory management processing and onward movement of containerized cargo supportinglogistics mission support facilities sustainment and operational requirements. Reporting directly to the Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) Operations Manager this position ensures efficient cargo throughput whilemaintainingasset accountability and supporting theater distribution operations.
The CRSP Specialist works closely with Government stakeholders warehouse managers transportation coordinators movement control teams supply chain personnel customs officials port operators Service Components coalition partners and mission partners to coordinate cargo receipt documentation inspections inventory reconciliation and distribution activities. This position contributes to successful program execution by improving cargo visibility reducing processing timelines and enabling responsive sustainment throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate receipt inspection staging and processing of containerized cargo at Container Receiving and Staging Points (CRSPs).
Verify shipping documentation manifests cargo contents and inventory records for accuracy and accountability.
Coordinate cargo movement between ports CRSPs Joint Theater Distribution Centers (JTDCs) warehouses and forward operating locations.
Conduct cargo inspections toidentifydiscrepancies damage shortages overages and transportation issues while coordinating corrective actions.
Maintain inventory accountability for cargo equipment and Government-furnished property throughout the receiving and staging process.
Coordinate with transportation planners warehouse personnel movement control teams and supply managers to synchronize cargo distribution activities.
Support Reception Staging Onward Movement and Integration (RSOI) activities by preparing cargo for onward movement.
Utilize automatedlogisticssystems to update shipment status inventory records and asset visibility information.
Prepare cargo status reports throughput metrics inventory summaries and executive-levellogisticsupdates.
Coordinate hazardous material handling customs processing host nation requirements and regulatory compliance activities.
Support contingency operations humanitarianassistance disaster response and emergentlogisticsmissionsrequiringrapid cargo processing.
Maintain CRSP documentation receiving records inspection reports and standard operating procedures.
Conduct periodicinventories warehouse reconciliations and quality assurance reviews to ensure data integrity and accountability.
Promote operational safety efficient cargo handling and continuous process improvement supporting theaterlogisticsoperations.
Support geographically dispersed and expeditionarylogisticsoperations requiring rapid cargo processing and distribution.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting warehouse operations cargo management transportation coordination inventory management supply chain management orlogisticsoperations for Government or Department of Defense programs.
Experience supporting Department of Defense Joint Combatant Command Service Component or Special Operations organizations.
Experience supporting cargo receiving staging inventory accountability warehouse management or distribution operations.
Experiencemaintainingshipping documentation inventory records cargo manifests andlogisticsreports.
Experience supporting deployment operations theater sustainment Joint distribution or operationallogistics.
Demonstrated ability to coordinatelogisticsactivities across multiple organizations while supporting mission timelines and operational requirements.
Desired
Bachelors Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration Transportation Management Operations Management Military Science or a related field.
Experience supporting USSOCOM SOCPAC Geographic Combatant Commands Joint Task Forces Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) or Service Componentlogisticsorganizations.
Experience supporting Indo-Pacific operations Joint Theater Distribution Centers (JTDCs) expeditionarylogistics theater distribution or contestedlogisticsoperations.
Experience utilizing GCSS-Army GCSS-MC Power BI SharePoint Microsoft 365SmarTrack TAPID ATLAS RFID barcode scanning systems and enterpriselogisticsmanagement applications.
Knowledge of Department of Defense cargo handling procedures warehouse management principles inventory accountability transportation documentation and theater distribution operations.
Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certified in Logistics Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) or equivalentlogisticsand supply chain certifications are preferred.
Experience supporting geographically dispersed Government programs involving OCONUS operations Jointlogistics Special Operations Forces and enterprise cargo distribution throughout the Indo-Pacific is highly desirable
