You will be informed about the client once you get shortlisted.The client is a global leader in providing high-quality training data and data-platform solutions that power enterprise AI from text/audio labeling to large-scale image/video annotation and LLM customization. The client combines a scalable platform and managed services to deliver trusted datasets for leading AI programs and enterprise customers.On behalf of them we are looking for results-driven Crowdsourcing Operations Specialist for our AI data services (data annotation data collection content moderation etc.).

Location: Remote anywhere in the Philippines

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Crowdsourcing Operations Leader to design optimize and scale global operational programs supporting AI data digital services and enterprise clients. The role will drive operational excellence process automation stakeholder alignment and scalable delivery models to support business growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead global operations solutions or qualification programs across multiple regions.

Design and implement scalable operating models governance frameworks and process improvements.

Drive automation initiatives and self-service solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Partner with Sales Operations Product Legal and Delivery teams to support commercial and operational objectives.

Develop workforce planning capacity forecasting and resource optimization strategies.

Build performance measurement frameworks dashboards and executive reporting.

Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Lead transformation projects system implementations and ATS/workflow enhancements.

Ensure quality compliance and delivery readiness across programs.

Requirements

8 years of experience in operations management program management sourcing/recruitment operations or business transformation.

Proven success leading global teams and large-scale operational programs.

Strong background in process optimization automation and change management.

Experience working with enterprise hyperscaler AI or digital service environments.

Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Strong analytical capabilities and experience with reporting and dashboard tools.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
