CRM Data Analyst

Location: Taguig
Work Set-up: On-site
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

We are looking for a CRM Data Analyst to help improve customer engagement and business performance through data-driven insights. You will analyze customer data optimize CRM strategies and work closely with Marketing Sales and IT teams to support business growth.

• Analyze customer data to identify trends behaviors and business opportunities.
• Develop CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition engagement retention and cross-selling.
• Create customer segments for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Monitor CRM campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Computer Science Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM data analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Experience working with online or digital products.
• Knowledge of SQL Python R or other programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms is an advantage.
