CRM Analyst
Location: Taguig
Work Set-up: On-site
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the companys CRM platform to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends behaviors and growth opportunities.
- Develop customer segments to support targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate CRM campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing Sales Risk and IT teams to improve customer experience.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within CRM systems.
- Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and CRM best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical role.
- Experience working with online or digital products.
- Knowledge of coding languages such as SQL Python R or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer data analysis.
