Credit Portfolio Associate

In this role you will:

• Provide support as an advisor regarding credit performance potential or emerging risks and business conformity with risk appetite credit culture and policies
• Review basic or tactical issues credit policies or procedures complex credit reports and findings and insights to recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies to management
• Receive direction from supervisors and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of credit function analytical tools policies procedures or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with managers functional colleagues and stakeholders including internal or external customers

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months of Credit Portfolio Consulting experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education

Desired Qualifications:

• With experience in securities market lending operations
• Strong understanding of credit principles and lending processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex processes explain decisions and confidently engage with business partners and stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in Commerce Economics or a related discipline preferred.

Job Expectations:

• Amenable to working a fixed night shift aligned with U.S. business hours (9:00pm to 6:00am)
• Amenable to having weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as regular rest days.
• Amenable to observing the U.S. holiday calendar.
• Willing to work full onsite at Five Neo BGC during training
• Amenable to transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement after training.
• Willing to be based at Five Neo Bonifacio Global City (BGC) Taguig.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in securities market lending operations
