Creative Marketing Associate–AI Video

ADDMORE seeks a highly skilled Creative Marketing Associate to support the launch and ongoing production of a new lead generation and client engagement program. This role blends AI video creation Canva presentation design content writing and marketing production workflows to deliver polished clientready collateral that aligns with ADDMOREs brand identity and professional standards.

The ideal candidate is a disciplined creative producer with strong technical capability excellent storytelling instincts and proven experience delivering highquality marketing assets for professional services consulting or technologyforward organizations.

Key Responsibilities

AI Video Production (Synthesia Synthesis HeyGen and Similar Platforms)

• Produce highquality AIgenerated videos for lead generation campaigns client education and brand storytelling.
• Build scripts storyboards and visual concepts aligned with ADDMOREs brand hierarchy and maroon palette.
• Manage video editing refinement and version control to ensure professional output.
• Maintain a library of reusable templates and assets for rapid production.

Canva Presentation and PDF Design

• Create visually structured modern Canva presentations and PDF documents for client proposals program overviews and marketing collateral.
• Apply ADDMOREs brand identity consistently across all materials.
• Develop modular slide and document templates to support recurring production needs.

Content Writing and Marketing Copy

• Write clear persuasive and structured content for lead generation campaigns landing pages email sequences and social media posts.
• Convert raw ideas or outlines into polished clientready marketing assets.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and ensure alignment with program goals.

Lead Generation Production Support

• Work closely with the ProMore IQ team to produce content that supports appointment setting outreach and client engagement workflows.
• Create marketing assets that enhance conversion clarity and brand credibility.
• Support iterative testing and optimization of creative materials.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

• Coordinate with leadership sales and operations teams to understand messaging requirements.
• Manage timelines revisions approvals and structured production workflows.
• Maintain organized libraries of assets templates and project files.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum five (5) years experience in marketing creative production or digital content creation.
• Proven proficiency with AI video creation tools (Synthesia Synthesis HeyGen Runway or similar).
• Strong capability in Canva for presentations PDF design and brandaligned visual production.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce structured professional content.
• Experience supporting lead generation sales enablement or marketing automation workflows.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Design or a related field.
• Professional portfolio demonstrating video presentation and content work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing content for AEC consulting or professional services brands.
• Familiarity with AI workflow automation tools (Zapier Make Notion AI ChatGPT).
• Ability to create both shortform and longform content for multiple platforms.
