Job Summary
The CorporateSolutions AssistantManageris a sales function responsibleforbringing sales through corporatedistribution assigned CS Assistant Manager shall lead manage and develop theassignedchannelin line with the corporateobjectivesand vision. CS Assistant Manager is also expected to providedeliveringnew business handle renewal negotiations andmanageaftersalesescalations.
Position Responsibilities:
Effectively execute strategies and action plans on handling corporate accounts and lead generation activities.
Meet the set targets in terms of APEactivationand number of closed cases.
Train and managethe channelto sell Group Insurance Group Credit LifeandHealth products
Build and executeprocessto ensure that Service Level Agreements for the delivery of corporate account and lead generation requirements are met.
Build andmaintaina professional andethicalrelationship with thechannel in line with regulatoryindustryand company standards.
Sub-sector operations:
- Reinforce various company communications and initiatives of Corporate Solutions throughbusiness reviewsroadshowsand lead generation activities.
- Develop implementpromoteandmonitorcampaignsofCorporate Solutions.
- Supports thechannelin conducting corporate training programs clientpresentationsand business reviewsfor existing clients.
- Ensure efficient delivery of services related to proposal generation presentation and closing requirements and lead generation sales conversion.
- Manageafter-salesescalations
- Handles New Business Acquisition
- Negotiatesrenewalbusiness.
Required Qualifications:
Has held key positions relevant to the requirement of the job
Bachelors degree in Business Studies/ Administration / Economics / Management
Life (Traditional) licensed
Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Power point)
Preferred Qualifications:
With very strong sales background preferably in the insurance / HMO industry.
With three years or more relevant experience in sales business development training and agency management preferably in a life / HMO insurance setting
