Conveyancing Administrator (AU Experience Required)

Job Summary
As our Conveyancing Administrator your duties will include:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to a Conveyancing Paralegal across a high-volume residential conveyancing portfolio.
- Assist with the end-to-end administration of conveyancing files ensuring accuracy compliance and timely progression of matters.
- Communicate professionally with clients real estate agents brokers and internal stakeholders via phone email and SMS.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage confidential information in accordance with privacy and compliance requirements.
- Conduct client verification and collect key property and transaction information with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare update and organise conveyancing documentation and electronic files throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Support settlement activities including assisting with PEXA processes and related administrative tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting key performance indicators and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

- A minimum of 2 yearsQueensland conveyancing experience.
- At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing role providing written and telephone support to Australian New Zealand or UK customers.
- Proficiency in Actionstep PEXA and M365 applications
- A demonstrated track record of delivering outstanding customer service and building trusted client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with clients colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues anticipate challenges and implement practical solutions.
- A proactive mindset consistently taking initiative and acting on opportunities to improve outcomes without requiring direction.
- The ability to anticipate the needs of clients and team members ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
