Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated postgraduate intern to join our Cebu team as a Continuous
Improvement Engineer with a strong focus on our AI programs. You will support process
improvement initiatives while playing a hands-on role in developing and rolling out AI tools
across inspection protocol and reporting operations.
Key Responsibilities & Potential Responsibilities :
- Audit Report AI Project: take ownership of the audit report automation project from Chloe supporting development testing and improvement.
- Audit Protocol AI Project: study the full audit protocol process with the Cebu team build an automation plan and potentially build automated AI workflows.
- QIMA GPT Agent Enhancements: enhance QIMA GPT to support the Protocol teams inspection of tickets improving accuracy and adoption.
- Agentic Worker Platform: contribute to technical AI projects linked to the agentic worker platform (built by Paul) scope to be assessed.
- Continuous Improvement: support process mapping data analysis and documentation to understand any existing process that can be improved.
- AI Adoption: promote an AI-first mindset across daily operations and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Carry out other related tasks as required.
Qualifications :
- Recently graduated or completing a degree in Engineering Data/AI or a related field.
- Strong interest in continuous improvement process optimization and applied AI.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Comfortable with APIs automation and iterative development.
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills and an AI-first mindset.
- Good command of English written and spoken.
