Construction Takeoff & Bid Leveling Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Takeoff & Bid Leveling Specialist to support our preconstruction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing construction plans performing accurate quantity takeoffs preparing bid leveling/comparison sheets and analyzing subcontractor proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Review construction drawings plans and specifications.
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from project documents.
• Prepare and maintain bid leveling spreadsheets.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Identify scope gaps exclusions and pricing discrepancies.
• Support estimating and bid preparation efforts.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in construction estimating takeoffs or bid leveling.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Bluebeam PlanSwift STACK OST or similar software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with a General Contractor (GC) is preferred.
