Company Health Nurse

About the role:

The Company Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality onsite clinical and emergency care within a corporate or site-based environment. This role ensures the health safety and overall well-being of employees through effective medical response clinic operations and compliance with occupational health standards.

The position plays a key role in supporting workplace safety programs emergency preparedness and preventive health initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external healthcare providers.

What Youll Do:

• Provide first aid emergency care and patient assessment
• Handle clinic operations documentation and medical reporting
• Coordinate with hospitals labs and external providers
• Support DOLE compliance and workplace safety (OH&S) programs
• Assist in PEME/APE wellness programs and health education
• Manage cases referrals and return-to-work processes

Qualifications:

• Must be a registered nurse (PRC licensed)
• 25 years experience (ER ICU or clinic preferred)
• Corporate/occupational health experience is a plus
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certified (preferred)
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced onsite setup
