Commercial Director (Consumer Growth & Channels)

Location: Pasig (Onsite Monday to Friday Morning Shift)

Overview

This role will lead nationwide consumer growth by driving sales expanding market reach and strengthening channel partnerships. The focus is on building a scalable field-driven sales model through distributors agents and partner networks.

What Youll Do

• Lead overall consumer sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Develop strategies to grow the customer base and expand into new areas
• Build and manage partner networks including dealers distributors and agents
• Strengthen channel performance through incentives structure and governance
• Oversee field teams across different regions and improve sales productivity
• Work closely with internal teams to support launches promos and initiatives
• Track performance analyze results and recommend improvements

What Were Looking For

• 15 years of experience in sales with strong leadership exposure
• Background in consumer sales business development or channel management
• Experience handling distributor dealer or franchise-type models
• Exposure to large nationwide operations is highly preferred
• Strong leadership execution and stakeholder management skills
